No Refunds: Refunds are not provided for complete or partially completed consultations
Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled once if informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Technical Issues: In case of system or payment errors (e.g., double payment, failed transaction, payment gateway errors), refunds will be Credited With-in 15 Days
Workshops & Courses: Fees for workshops or courses are non-refundable once access or confirmation has been granted. “Access” means login credentials issued, course materials delivered and learning sessions initiated.
